ABOUT US
SUPPORTING INDIGENOUS OWNERSHIP AND CO-DEVELOPMENT
Simply put, we support Indigenous in negotiations, and implementation of, Impact Benefit Agreements (IBAs) and Long-Term Relationship Agreements (LTRAs) for major projects. We leverage Crown impact assessment processes, and requirements for Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC), to maximize economic and environmental protection/enhancement results.
We create infrastructure, equity, and land management opportunities. We work with experienced and specialized negotiation teams, Indigenous technical experts, lawyers, and investment brokers with deep experience in the $100 Billion Indigenous economy.
